Dr. Jiménez spent 9.5 years at Silicon Valley unicorn startup, BetterUp, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company from pre-seed to a global leader in leadership development and coaching.

As the Vice President of Coaching Innovation, she developed cutting-edge, evidence-based frameworks and tech tools that drive peak performance in leadership.

During her tenure at BetterUp, Dr. Jiménez's contributions were instrumental in scaling the platform. Her work seamlessly integrated behavioral science with advanced technology, resulting in transformative user experiences and impactful coaching programs.

Dr. Jiménez was a key player in the creation and deployment of the Anger and Irritability Management System, a mobile app designed for veterans and service members.
