Dr. Jacinta M. Jiménez, often affectionately referred to as “Dr. J”, is an expert in bridging the fields of psychology, leadership, and workplace well-being. As a Stanford-University trained licensed Psychologist and Board-Certified Leadership Coach, she has worked with C-level Executives in top organizations in Silicon Valley and throughout the world. In 2022, she was recognized by LA Weekly Magazine as a top coach to follow.

Dr. J’s book, The Burnout Fix, published by McGraw Hill in 2021, garnered accolades, including recognition as a top book to read about burnout by Business Insider. Moreover, it clinched the prestigious 2021 International Book of the Year Reader’s Choice Award from getAbstract, standing out among a pool of over 10,000 non-fiction contenders. To add to this impressive list of achievements, the book was also named Best Book on Burnout & Recovery for 2022 by Choosing Therapy.

As an international keynote speaker, she has graced stages around the world, delivering impactful speeches on burnout, resilience, and well-being at work. Her insights have reached thousands upon thousands, inspiring positive change within organizations and individuals alike. Her client list includes Google, Columbia University’s Zuckerman Institute, The Invictus Games, Warner Media, Hilton, Chevron, NASA, and many more.
As the former Vice President of Coaching Innovation at BetterUp, Dr. J pioneered science-backed technology-enabled coaching approaches to empower organizations to foster resilience and mental flourishing within their teams while leading a global network of 3,000+ leadership coaches.
Her leadership in this area has earned her a place among the Top 50 Women Leaders in San Francisco for 2022. Prior to this work, she was a key team member in the creation and implementation of the Anger and Irritability Management System, a mobile app published by the Mobile Behavior Design Lab and the National Center for PTSD.
